Web design in Miami
Every ranking, every map result and every ad ends in the same place. If that page is slow, or the phone number is three scrolls down, everything above it was an expense. This is the only part of the system where the visitor decides.
The problem
The page everything else lands on.
The usual arrangement is that a design studio builds the site, an SEO agency arrives later and cannot change it, and an ads agency sends traffic to a homepage. Three invoices, and the one thing all three depend on belongs to none of them. Nothing here is handed off, which is the actual reason to have it in one place.
The specific failure is almost always the same and it is not aesthetic. The traffic arrives, and the page asks the visitor to work: find the phone number, guess whether you cover their area, scroll past a slideshow to reach anything factual. On a phone, on cellular data, in a hurry, with a competitor one tab away. Speed matters here for a reason people underestimate — it is not a ranking factor so much as it is the first three seconds of the decision.
The other half is that one page cannot do six jobs. An ad for a specific service should land on a page about that service, in the language the ad was written in. Sending it to the homepage with a swapped headline is the most expensive shortcut in this whole business.
What is included
What actually gets done
Built to load on a phone on cellular data
Not on your desk on office wifi. That means real weight budgets, images sized properly and nothing blocking the first paint — the same standard this site holds itself to, which you can check yourself on PageSpeed.
The contact route on the first screen
Phone, WhatsApp and form reachable without scrolling, with tap targets a thumb can actually hit. It sounds obvious and it is the most common thing missing.
Designed and written twice
English and Spanish as two real versions, both written rather than translated, both connected correctly so search engines treat them as one business.
A landing page per service and per area
So an ad or a search result lands somewhere that answers the exact thing that was asked, instead of on a homepage that answers everything vaguely.
Readable by search engines and answer engines
Content in the HTML, clean heading structure, structured data. A site whose text only appears after JavaScript runs is invisible to most AI crawlers.
Changed all month, not shipped and abandoned
New pages, new sections, new offers, corrections. The site is part of the monthly work rather than a project that ends and then slowly rots.
How it runs
Four steps, every month
Look at what the traffic does now
If there is a site, I read the data before the design: where people land, where they leave, what they never reach. Opinions about the design come after that.
Decide what each page has to do
One job per page, written down before anything is drawn. It is what keeps a site from becoming a brochure with a contact form bolted on.
Build it fast and bilingual from the start
Not built and then optimised, and not built in English and translated later. Both of those cost more than doing it once.
Keep changing it
Every month, based on what the numbers show. A page that is not converting is information, not a verdict.
How you know it is working
What lands in your report
- Calls, WhatsApp messages and form submissions, attributed to the page they came from.
- Load speed measured on mobile, publicly and repeatedly, not claimed.
- What people do before they leave — where they stop scrolling, which sections never get seen, which forms get abandoned.
- Conversion rate per landing page, so a page that gets traffic and produces nothing gets identified rather than defended.
The site is built and kept as part of the monthly fee, not sold as a project. That is deliberate: a site delivered as a one-off is finished on the day its assumptions stop being true, and nobody is being paid to notice. It also means you are not tied in — there is no setup fee to recover and no minimum term, so the arrangement has to keep being worth it every month.
Fit
Whether this is the right one
This is the right service when
- Traffic arrives and enquiries do not, which is a page problem, not a traffic problem.
- Your site is slow on a phone, or you have never actually checked.
- You are running ads to a homepage instead of to a page about what you sell.
It is the wrong one when
- You want a one-off build with no ongoing relationship afterwards.
- You need a complex e-commerce store or a custom web application.
- You want a site nobody will update, which is a template purchase, not this.
If your problem is somewhere else
- Google MapsWhen the problem is the map pack: you are not in the three, or only in your own block.
- Local SEOWhen you own the map but the normal results below it belong to someone else.
- AI searchWhen the answer engines describe your category without ever naming you.
- Bilingual SEOWhen half of Miami searches in Spanish and only your English version exists.
- Google & Meta AdsWhen you need the phone to ring this month, not in the sixth one.
Questions
Web design, answered straight
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours, and if you stop working with me you leave with them. There is no setup fee to recover and no minimum term, which is the point: the arrangement has to be worth renewing every month rather than enforced by a contract.
Is the website a separate cost or part of the plan?
Part of the plan. Building it, hosting it, maintaining it and changing it are included in the Visibility plan at $1,290 a month. There is no separate build fee, because a site delivered as a one-off project stops being true the moment the business changes and nobody is paid to notice.
How long does it take to build?
A focused site is usually live in four to six weeks, and I would rather publish a strong smaller version early and keep adding than spend three months on a launch. Pages get added continuously afterwards, which is how the site ends up covering more than it would have as a fixed project.
Will the site be in English and Spanish?
Both, written as two real versions rather than one translated. They are connected with correct hreflang so search engines understand they are the same business in two languages instead of treating them as duplicates competing with each other.
Can you work with my existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes, and I will say so if it is the better option. If the platform is sound and the problems are speed, structure and content, fixing it is faster and cheaper than starting again. If the platform itself is what makes it slow and unchangeable, rebuilding costs less over a year than working around it every month.
